“Unfortunately we did not receive instructions about the heater and woke up at 1:30am freezing. The thermostat was simple, but nothing we tried could get the heat to go on. Also, I told the staff we like to get an early start in the morning and would need to pass on the breakfast because the earliest time offered was 8:30. She didn't mention no one would be at the front desk until 8am, so as we left at 7am, we left our room keys in a basket by the front door and hoped for the best.”
“Absolutely loved the greenhouse pool with hot tub and dry sauna. It was so relaxing and perfect after our long days of hiking and exploring the area. Beautiful grounds and rooms were cozy, especially with the balcony and fireplace. We loved it here.”
