“Hotel great”

“Nothing worked. The staff was rude”

“Didn't use the pool. The breakfast was terrible and for a newer hotel, it needs maintenance. ”

I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!”

The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”
