“My room was very disturbing to me when I opened up the drawers to spray In the drawers, in the third drawer, there were some human underwears like man's. Then I called the front desk and she came and got them. I continued to spray the bathroom, there was a bar of soap in the shower that had been USED!!!!!!! My HEART was very upset and my sister took it up to the front desk. Next day as I was getting out of the shower, the toilet had urine around the bottom of it and my sister took a picture of……

“We were initially given keys to a room that obviously was occupied by someone else, that thankfully was not in the room when we opened the door or it may have led to a very embarrassing moment. There was only a sliver of used soap in the bathroom. No other soap available in the room. Both of the washcloths were dirty, which made me wonder if the sheets and towels were actually clean. the shower handle was broken which made it very difficult to turn the water off and on. There were many plastic……
