5-room villa 200 m2 on 3 levels. Renovated in 2015, antique and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the garden. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Marvellous view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.
