“Breakfast menu was adequate would have liked some cereal. Its a first class place to stay only 10 meters to the bus and train station.Friendly staff i would stay there again”

“I really enjoyed my one night stay at Y Pengwern. The bar was friendly when we checked in, and when I was shown my room was amazed at how big it was. I was backpacking and there was plenty of room to reorganise my kit, and the bed was large and very comfortable. After a long day's walk we were looking forward to food, and were very happy with the big hearty meals we had in the restaurant. Breakfast was continental (although you could pay to have a cooked breakfast) but the continental on……

“We had an enjoyable one night stay in the ground floor twin at Bryn Noddfa. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. From the moment we checked in, we felt both welcome and well-looked after by the owners and staff of this family-run hotel. We opted for the evening meal which was delicious as was the breakfast. Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra. We spoke with other people who was staying at another hotel cheaper rate with breakfast included. I wouldn't book again.”
