“Overall our stay was very pleasant; the staff friendly and helpful. However we had a room for 3 adults and apart from having to pull the sofa bed out and make it ourselves it was extremely uncomfortable with a mattress so thin the metal work could be felt. We would also have liked hot milk at breakfast (for weetabix) which we were told wasn't available. The hotel served our purpose but was not the same standard as other Best Western hotels. ”

“El personal da un trato excelente. El hotel está muy bien situado para ir y venir al aeropuerto (la parada del bus A1 está en la puerta). Como punto negativo, la habitación estaba helada al llegar, no estaba puesto el aire acondicionado. Lo pusimos nosotros pero al ser ya las 9 de la noche a la llegada, tardó mucho en calentarse la habitación y pasamos algo de frío al irnos a la cama y no vimos mantas extra en el armario.”

"Nothing like the fotos. Dirty. Old. We changed room twice and unable to find a decent room. Noisey bathroom extraction fans that wouldn’t turn off. The receptionist gave us ear plugs as it’s a common problem. Cold rooms heated by electric heaters that smell of burning. "
