The room was clean, the pool area was lovely. But of advice, if you are fussy with pillows, take your own! Theirs were as flat as pancakes! We booked a canal view but didnt get one. The hotel wouldnt do anything the next morning as we hadnt said anything the previous night. I explained it was dark! ...
