“We so enjoyed our stay at Olive. The building is gorgeous and decor really calming. The upstairs is so light and the high ceilings make the space feel much bigger. The area is peaceful, we enjoyed listening to the birds. The garden was much enjoyed by our puppy! Local walks are plentiful and there are a variety of pubs to choose from though having a car is essential if you're wanting to get out and about. Local farm shop was lovely. The bath was much enjoyed and the kitchen extremely well……

“The accommodation is very well equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was like a home from home and has been very well thought out. The house is just a short walk from a large supermarket, bus station and selection of bars and restaurants. Our family took a bus into Liverpool and also toured North Wales and went to Chester Zoo nearby during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.”

“We were very pleased with the Old Barn and it is one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. It was well equipped and included things that we usually have to bring with us when staying away, such as washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, soap, salt and pepper. The hosts provided a pint of milk on arrival, with tea, coffee and sugar and some homemade bara breth which was lovely.
