I was a bit apprehensive before arriving at the hotel as the price seemed to good to be true, but the staff were fantastic super friendly and helpful making jokes etc, the room we were in was very dated but it didn’t take away from the weekend we had, the spa was great and breakfast was yummy. This hotel is super convenient- fantastic in fact. HOWEVER, the walls are paper thin, the heating comes on all through the night and is loud, and the bed and pillows are pretty uncomfortable. The food is great. So, take ear plugs and your own pillow and you may get some sleep.

The flat was lovely and cosy... the garden was a lovely surprise as it's not easy to see how high up it is from the images but steep steps are noted which wasnt a problem for us. Perfect location of you are climbing Snowden on the Rhyd Ddu path!
