Absolutely everything from beginning to end. What wonderful staff especially Alicia all welcomed us to their beautiful hotel. We weee very kindly upgraded to the most beautiful suite for my husbands birthday. This was such a treat especially as we spent quite a bit of time in it. Wanting to relax and chill. This was easy to do as the hotel is so quiet. We only are out but the breakfast and breakfast room looked very inviting again with amazing staff. Beautiful hotel with unique character right in the heart of Palma, but quietly tucked away on a smaller street. Beautiful and luxurious accommodations with a highly attentive staff available for all needs and that makes all guest feel taken care of. We only stayed 2 nights but would have been comfortable staying much longer. 5/5

The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card” which allows you to select various sized samples of wines from about 30 selections. Of course, you must pay the tab accumulated on the magic card at the end of the night, but the experience was fun and the cost, very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel, Nico, and the entire staff. We will return.

Great shopping nearby, plenty of restaurants very comfortable beds. The manager of the hotel checked us in, she was very helpful and friendly, could not ask for better service. I was disappointed in the menu at the pool and the vibe wasn’t as friendly there.
