The room was clean, though a bit outdated. I was unable to access the fitness center, even after the front desk issued three replacement key cards for the secured entry, so I eventually gave up. I was also charged for valet parking despite self-parking, and I was billed again by the Westin even though I had already booked and paid through Expedia. I’m still working to resolve the duplicate charge, which should be a straightforward fix given that the reservation was clearly made through a third-party site.
