Don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a modern renovated shipping container with unbelievable views of Hocking Hills. This secluded container sits on over 14 acres and has 2 other units nearby, so guests can connect with nature and enjoy the wonder that Hocking Hills has to offer. With 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms this container home is perfect for a single couple, two couples, or small groups.

4WD/AWD is needed, especially in in climate weather as the property is on a large hill.

As with most of hocking hills, our properties are on well water. While we do have a filtration system, it is not the same as city water.

We are located in the Hocking Hills area.

Rural, 14 acres

Firewood can be purchased for $5 a bundle and paid for via the app. Firewood is kept near garbage shed.

Late check out (12:30pm) available upon request for $45.

Pets come with a $90 cleaning fee.

Hocking Hills stop

Great Stay

We had a great weekend. There was plenty of space for two adults and two dogs. We didn’t bring our son but there would have been plenty room for him too. Everything was clean and working and the setting was very serene and pleasant.

Fun weekend getaway

The Double Stack was super cute and perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. The property was cute and well thought out. There were a couple of minor repairs and things that need fixing; the upstairs lights didn’t work at all (except the bathroom), a few downstairs lightbulbs were burned out, and the coffee maker didn’t work. However, those are minor inconveniences. The host pretty much has everything you need there except food. The 3 different levels of outdoor seating/areas was really nice. The hot tub was perfect and relaxing. I’d recommend to a friends for sure!

The great outdoors

I had to book this when my other plans were canceled last minute. The host was very accommodating and communicative. We loved the space, especially outside. The inside was very cute and cozy. While this place is pet-friendly, they really need to work on cleaning up after the pets leave. There was a ton of fur from another dog (not ours) on the ground, throws, and sofa. There was also thicker black fur from another animal in the area rug that stuck to my damp shoes when we were leaving - it was so much that I had to rinse them off. Our only other negative was how loud the generator was. It woke me up several times, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to bring earplugs. Otherwise, the property was great! There's a second cabin next door, but far enough away that you still have a ton of privacy. We had the best time chilling in the hot tub in the snow. Definitely pack food - it's not easy to head to town to grab things in bad weather.
