“There was no staff available there. Me and my faimly wiated 3 hours for checking in. Doors of reception was locked. Nobody was there at all. They took my money and didn't gave me a refund. Very terrible experience. They are fraud. Nobody should even think about booking with this property. 100% fraud.”

“The room was nice with a great balcony and beautiful view. We loved being right by the lake. Unfortunately, the room is very small and the bed is hard. There could have been one more blanket on the bed as well.”

“It was brilliant with animal themed bedsheets ac and heat were fabulous overall good place to stay for 2 days and they have a gazebo pit fire and some games like badminton and board games which you can get from the office for free”

“If you don't have a chance to check in before 10 PM, you will not get a room but still have to pay! Why can you not send self check-in instructions to guests when you close for the night!? Most places have staff 24/7. Me and my family had no place to stay and had to spend the night in our van.”

“The room was cozy, bedsheets and towels seemed okay clean. Toilet was super tiny though, bathtub and toilet seemed a little old. Convenient location, parking was easy in front of the motel, there was a Tim Hortons just across the road for breakfast.”
