This stay was nice and cozy. Not a lot of leg room, but it worked great for our visit. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Colindale station and lots of food places near by. We ended up buying a metal spatula as the plastic one was crumbling and getting into our food, we left it at the place for the next guest. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. Simon was very good with communication and answered any questions that we raised. Thank you for letting us stay.
Hi Simon, thanks for your lovely apartment. We really enjoyed the time with our two little kids. It was very easy to reach the tube (takes about 10 min) and to get to the city of London (approx. 25 min). Next to the apartment there are some smaller restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely clean and immaculate property in an ideal location close to Wembley Stadium
Really enjoyed staying at this property. Really clean, comfy beds and an ideal base if seeing a concert at Wembley Stadium. Nice to have a Wetherspoons a 2 min walk round the corner for a nice breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend.

Good Overall Value
As a family of 4 coming from 8 time zones away, we were looking for a quiet, clean apartment close to a tube station so that we could sleep off our jet lag when needed.
The apartment was very quiet yet located just around the corner from a good variety of little stores, cafes, pubs, etc. The neighbourhood feels a little transitional but we never felt unsafe walking the streets. With that being said, we were not out after dark. The 15 minute walk to the tube station was manageable and convenient enough.
Overall, the apartment was clean and well equipped although the frying pan and related utensils are due for replacement. Mid-stay we pulled out the second blanket and discovered a large stain. Simon told us that we could throw it out and buy another one but being on vacation, we did not have the time or opportunity to do so. Other than this incident, Simon has been very responsive and great to deal with.

Schöne saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr klein aber sehr sauber und das Nötigste vorhanden. Ist eine Dachwohnung und entsprechend sehr warm. Keine Rollos an den Dachfenstern. Die Gegend ist nicht so ansprechend aber okay. Underground 20 Minuten Fußweg.
Sehr störend war draußen eine Art Kühlhaus dass die ganze Zeit sehr laut war.

Schöne saubere kleine Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und es war alles da was wir brauchten inkl. gute Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles neu und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Von der U-Bahn Colondale kommt man sehr gut in die Innenstadt. Der Fußweg dorthin führt durch ein familiäres Wohngebiet und einen kleinen Park.

Very friendly owner, clean flat but if you don't like sitting on a couch, it might be challenging.
Simon is a very friendly owner who responds very promptly. All the information was helpful and correct. The house was very clean and organised, but we missed a table to sit at, a comfortable chair and bedside lamps. the cooker has only two rings, so the possibilities to prepare one's own meal are limited. I am afraid the bedding did not feel very clean. It is recommended to take the walk through the park from Colindale as the other route is not very nice.

L'appartement est agréable bien que petit. Il se situe au 2ème étage d'une maison. L'endroit où se trouve la maison est relativement calme, plutôt résidentiel. Le quartier est mixte et correspond aux banlieues populaires des grandes villes. Il faut marcher une bonne 1/2 heure pour atteindre la station de métro la plus proche, ensuite on arrive dans le centre de Londres en 20 minutes. C'est assez pratique. La flexibilité des horaires d'arrivée et le fait de récupérer les clés dans une boite avec un code est très appréciable. La caution demandée a été récupérée très rapidement.
