“The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided. The full english breakfast was perfect too.”

“Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.”

“Our stay was short but wonderful. There was great communication and information provided before our stay. The host was welcoming and the room had everything that we needed. It was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Breakfast was freshly cooked and really set us up for the day. We were really blessed with the weather and the location was perfect for us, away from the bustle of the seafront but an easy walk into the theatre/harbour area. “Very interesting set up at the Rooms, loved the decor and the big lounge area. The little touches such as milk and water in fridge, and the dog basket, was really good. The decor in the bathroom on one side was dated and the towel rail had come away from the wall.. but everything was clean and presented very nicely. A good place to stay for a short trip.. many thanks ”

“What a lovely place! Spotless, well appointed room with simple, fresh decor. Bathroom also nicely done, with fabulous fluffy towels. Breakfast was super tasty with a great selection of options. And the hosts are really lovely; helpful and friendly without being overly attentive. Not far from either Torquay and Torre stations so great for those not using a car, though parking was also available. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m down in Torquay.”
