“Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea!
Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes.
Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.”

“Great spot, so picturesque by the river. Room was very clean and pleasant. Staff lovely, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. If looking for a break in a beautiful Devon pub, strongly recommend The Watermans Arms. ”

“I paid higher price for a room with a private bathroom, unfortunately the private bathroom is not in my room, my wife and I had to walk across the public landing, passing another room door, to get to the “private bathroom ”. There are small insects too, we don’t mind the spiders, but the flies are quite annoying.”

“Lovely place, just out of the town centre. Craig was really welcoming on arrival.
I stayed in the Oak room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom area with a rainfall walk in shower.
Free parking was off the road in front of the building.
I couldn't ask for more. Perfect for the weekend away.”
