The staff at the hotel were all very courteous and helpful. The bedroom was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is not great as there is absolutely nothing around it. It is well connected to Bologna via bus (about 25/30 mins from the centre) which as advertised does stop immediately outside the premises. We had hoped to have dinner on the Sunday evening as we had a very early flight on the Monday morning. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sunday despite being advertised as open 7 days which was disappointing. There wasn’t much activity in the hotel and the bar area wasn’t staffed as such and was a bit soulless and uninspiring. The cost of the hotel was much the same as others which had more amenities around them.

Absolutely loved the friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional staff! Our upgraded room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and our dinner at I’m Carrucci. Thank you again for arranging flowers and chocolates for our wedding anniversary and the bubbly too! We can’t recommend your hotel enough! It was the very best stay, indeed!!!

Hotel is close to the train station which was important for me. The food was mediocre and wine portions were small but costs were high. The breakfasts, not included, were expensive. I could open a window which was nice and also quiet during the night. One man at the front desk was not helpful finding a restaurant our first night here. But the other attendants, almost all women, were helpful. For a single woman, the restaurant was a convenience for dinner.
