“Staff was very helpful and nice. When we checked in the printer had no ink so had to initial almost a blank piece of paper. The first room bathroom floor had dirt and hair all over it. They switched us to an upgraded room which was great. The bathtub was stained and gross. The drain was clogged. The tv remote worked to change the channel but not to turn the tv on and off or volume control. The pool and hot tub area was good but never had any towels. The exterior of the building is really rough……

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods.
