“Clean rooms and berry nice staff ”

“I got this hotel for the value with a pool but the pool was not open. On Friday the person behind the desk who didn't speak English clearly implied it would be open on Saturday but it was not there for my weekend with my grandkids to swim didn't happen or I mean they didn't get to swim I would have changed hotels had I not believed the guy. Nothing online anywhere implies that there isn't a pool available”

“The room was clean. It had everything we needed and the woman at the front desk was just as nice and helpful as she was the last time we stayed there.”

“Staff was very helpful and nice. When we checked in the printer had no ink so had to initial almost a blank piece of paper. The first room bathroom floor had dirt and hair all over it. They switched us to an upgraded room which was great. The bathtub was stained and gross. The drain was clogged. The tv remote worked to change the channel but not to turn the tv on and off or volume control. The pool and hot tub area was good but never had any towels. The exterior of the building is really rough……
