"Area spotty but honestly, not a soul bothered us. And in Waco, all the area is spotty. Main house is pretty on outside. Don’t know about inside. Garage house is nice outside and Inside. Inside has pretty steep stairs - just in case you don’t do stairs. But they didn’t really bother us. Kitchen small and usable downstairs, plus a powder room.
