Very friendly people and very clean. Our room had almost no furniture (dining chairs as nightstands, no dresser, no closet) and only very small windows (we were above the office so the other rooms had windows). "Free breakfast" is a stretch as it was coffee and store bought individually wrapped pastries. Not the greatest part of town and on a busy street. However, for a one night, get in late, leave pretty early stay, it wasn't awful. I wouldn't want to be here for multiple days as I like to unpack and settle in but would stay again for a quick trip. If nothing else, it will be a "remember that one weird hotel we stayed in with no furniture" mom & daughter memory!
