We had a large very clean room on the second floor, basic but good. Our friends had mobility issues, so they were on the first floor. There was no ventilation, no windows. We had a refrigerator, they did not. They were not happy. Look at the room before you accept it.
It is a property very centrally located to the restaurants and bars. It is a short walk to the beach. The rooms are quiet with functional AC and TV. The check in with Berta was very easy. She was very accommodating
Its all about what you are looking for. If you want to be close to the harbor, i.e. the center of town then this hotel is great. Very clean and nice. If you want to be in an all inclusive resort on the beach then this is not the hotel for you. We wanted the flexibility to eat all over the place, and do tons of different things in Cabo and this hotel was an incredible value to achieve what we wanted. A for value and proximity to everything.
We were unable to stay at the hotel due to a major screwup with our flights. The hotel reached out twice to see if we are coming now that is very good customer service.
Excellent hotel for what we needed. It’s a no thrills hotel. Hotel and room is extremely clean. Walking distance to all the clubs and marina. The price is amazing! The front desk staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
