Staff was amazing!! Wasn’t too impressed with the food at the Rose, especially room service. But the pool and bar, especially the day staff, was wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and efficient, The food allergy question was asked every time I checked in to a restaurant but then was not adhered to by any means. I got very sick because the staff was not paying attention to my allegies,(Gluten and Dairy) even after I reminded them several times.

My family and I stay at Pueblo bonito twice a year. This was the first at the rose. Typically it’s at the Monte Christo. The staff Was terrible, multiple times on the beach we would have to wait an hour plus for a waiter to take our order or to close out. Each time we would have to walk into the resort to try and close out only to be told we need to wait for our waiter who never would come back. So we’d have to just leave. The service was just terrible this stay. The beds at the rose are like rocks. They have cheap foam egg crates to try and soften them which did not help. Easily the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on and Ive slept on cots. We both woke up with back pain. The pillows however are nice. Food is good, but you have to really pay attention to what you order. The past few years the hamburger meat will arrive completely raw. I talked with other guests about the same thing. We both saw a cook mix raw beef with other meats and then try to serve it still raw. Huge no no. Same with chorizo I ordered. Cook threw it on for maybe 30 seconds then tried to serve it to me raw. There’s was quite a few people including myself who ended up with food poisoning this trip and the one thing we all shared was eating beef. Beware I’m coming back in December so hopefully it’s better

They take advantage of the customer. They charge for dinner, they don't have activities in the night. Also one of my group of 9 people, aet a hamburguer and he fels bad, then the mother asked for ambulance but the hotel called the paramedic, he called de privite doctor. Both said they work for the hotel. The doctor charge my friend $125 for visiting their son, but because used serum the total was $450. A LOT!!! He left the neddle with serum but he never show up to picked up the neddle. The next day at night my friends saw he charge $875 WHY??? We called him several times, he never answerd. The receptionist call the doctor and he inmidiatly answer her BUT he doesn't want to talk with us. He knows the next day we have to fly to USA. The manager said he doesn't work with us, also said the paramedic doesn't work with us (but he has an office in the hotel) We call the police, in the hotel the officer said this is a fraud case, tomorrow you have to go to the police station...but tomorrow really early we have to fly... that was our experience with Pueblo Bonito Rose, with people who steal and take advantage of the turist as much as posible There is definitely a busines in all of this. Why they didnt call the ambulance? Because is a good business from some victim more. Another issue is the fly. We paid almost $4,000 dollars for 4 days, more expensive than Cancun which is better. The carry on bagscame in other fly why? Because we were the last on the line. THAT'S NO FAIR
