About this space
The whole house is yours. This wonderful 2,400 sq ft home has an open floor plan that lets all the brilliant light in. Sit down ocean views from the living room, even see The Arch and Lands End. 2 bedrooms with baths and sitting areas downstairs and third bedroom and bath upstairs. Large kitchen and dining area, and a beautiful palapa with 180 degree Sea of Cortez view. Wake up each morning to the magical sunrise and relax in the evening with the beautiful sunsets. You'll even see fireworks nightly from your palapa.

The home is located 3 miles from downtown and Medano Beach, on the Sea of Cortez, in a private gated community called Villa Serena. Blazing Fast Fiber Optic Internet. 28.5MBPS DL and 9 MBPS Upload. There is a gorgeous community pool steps from the house, but you will probably be the only ones there, and a private beach a short walk from the house. Its a quiet and low density neighborhood with wide paver streets and sidewalks for walking day and night. Villa Serena is the best community in Cabo.

New A/C units. We have a crib if needed. There is a great restaurant right next door called Villa Serena that has a big ocean view. It has yummy hearty breakfasts, and delicious lobster dinners. Beautiful night lighting and live music.
Snorkeling is great at nearby Chelano Bay.
Costco and Walmart close by for easy shopping access.

Family vacation
Our family 5 adults stayed at Villa Serena for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our time at the casa. Having a vehicle is highly recommended Our Likes: The deck is awesome. This is the only place we sat while in the casa. It has great views and watching the whales added to the experience. The unit has 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom and separate A/C in each room The pool is steps away and overlooks the ocean Dislikes We were hoping to spend evenings on the deck bbqing. The unit only had a crappy 18 inch charcoal bbq. We tried it once and decided dining out was the way to go. Water pressure is bad. Especially the hot water. Initially we had no hot water but that was rectified by turning the thermostat on the hot water tank to max. Some of the lights inside were either burnt out or did not work. Because we spent most time on the deck it was not a big issue. Overall thoughts. The development is 30 years old. The area and the casa are still nice but everything is starting to age and become dated. If a propane bbq was added we would consider coming back again.

Would definitely book again for the whales
I loved this place. It was only a 10 min drive to Cabo San Lucas downtown. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. I could see whales from the deck in the morning. A lot of space in the house. We are no fuss travelers, so we only require a clean place and don’t expect a 5 star resort where people cater to your every need.

This property is misrepresented. Torn up furniture, dirty old bedding, lights wouldn't turn on in several rooms, really gross. Owner said in writing she would refund me if I left her a positive review. Guess we wll know how she got positive reviews. Run away.

Plenty of space to spread out
The house overall is a little rough and due for maintenance and TLC. Hot water is an issue. The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out for alone time and come together and enjoy the beautiful view off of the balcony. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet and we enjoyed walking around looking at the beautiful houses and scenery. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Run down neighborhood
The TV did not work for the first 8 days, the water pressure in the showers was terrible, it took minutes to get hot water, hot water pressure in the kitchen was non-existent. Everything was old and in need to replacement in the bathrooms. The neighborhood is dying and the workout room was last cleaned about 5 years ago. The best part was the views and the pool. Would NEVER rent this house again!!

Stay in Cabo
Two couples came down for 6 days. The area was very quiet and safe. The commukity pool was clean and no one else there. The "club house" does not exist and is an old run down place. No fitness equipment. The "beach" is cool, but it is not a place you will hang out at. A small beach that is very rocky. Great spot to stay away from the main crowds, but close enough to drive or Uber anywhere.

Beautiful property excellent location
Amazing house, fully furnished and kitchen stocked with all dishes, coffee maker, blender, etc. AC kept the place nice and cool. The large, clean pool is 100 steps away from the house and has a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean and so does the house. We WILL be staying here again!

Convenient Location
This location is great! It’s easy and close to most hotspots in Los Cabos. We loved the quiet neighborhood and access to the private beach. The only negative comments would be that upon entering the house it was really hot and stuffy, it took several hours to cool. The house’s furniture was really worn and torn. Needed some TLC. The community pool was beautiful except that every chair was totally rotted and unless you bring your own lounge chair you would only be in the swimming pool. It’s no wonder that no one was there. Leaving a positive note, the guards at the entrance of Villa Serena were very sweet and remembered us ever time we came and went.
