The view of the bay is stunning as all of the rooms overlook the beach and indeed the hotel’s beautiful gardens. If you are looking for a full-on, adrenaline pumped, pool- gamed hotel … this is not the hotel for you. “3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself”

“Location good. It is rustic. The patina on floor tiles and stairs is wonderful to see. It is very charming with traditional shutters and feels like a special place that has seen a cosmopolitan life and celebrations and been central to it. Bring a camera there are so many inspiring textures and plants that meander. It took me a moment then I got it. I loved it. If I was getting married I would definitely hire the whole place for a wedding. If not hire a room and enjoy a g&t underneath a fan in……

“What a fabulous hotel. Don’t be put off by its location in a commercial area. We stayed there for three nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Casa Sontanja. It was the perfect base. Just a short drive down the coast on our spare day. Whatever your reason for being in the area, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.”
