I broke my ankle at Ft. Lauderdale on vacation, so I didn't stay. I did cancel my reservation at the hotel. Is there anyway that I can get my money back? I do use your website quite a bit.

Property is in poor overall condition with several cosmetic issues. Too had odor. Hallway flooring is worn and dated.
