Beautiful home w/ pool and gym - 10 min from PGA & 25 min from KY Derby!

This home is a must see with a gorgeous outdoor living area including a TV and a swimming pool with a waterfall! You won't believe the home gym. It has everything you need, including a squat rack, free weights, and a peloton! If you're visiting Louisville for the Kentucky Derby or PGA, this house is just minutes away from Churchill Downs and Valhalla. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, and a closet you won't believe! The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and freestanding tub. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a full bed. There is also a bonus room upstairs with its own full bathroom and king size air mattress available.
