We arrived late evening and it was completely packed in the lobby, which was fine- we didn't mind waiting our turn. There was one tall gentleman that was very courteous and helpful. All other team members seem to hate their jobs and we felt like we were an inconvenience of being there. We got to the room (king size bed with a couch bed) and there was not any bedding for the couch that folds out. We walked downstairs to request it ( several others were requesting the same) and it took over 20 minutes to get the bedding (Imagine flying all day and all you want to do is sleep and have to wait on bedding) .. We had a party of 3 and only 2 towels were in the room. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The shower DOES come with full size shampoo, conditioner and soap, but ours did not have any soap. This hotel is located downtown and there are homeless people all around, so just be cautious of that, but it didn't bother us. One of the BIGGEST complaints I had was there is absolutely NO parking and people WILL block you in. Few positives were they have a wonderful breakfast, downtown Louisville offers the electric scooters, so our family used those often to get around. The Louisville Baseball stadium and the museum is within walking distance, along with tons of restaurants to choose from and the rooms are sound proof! The room is modern and nice. Despite the mentioned flaws, we enjoyed our stay.
