“The place was clean and no one was rude and our rental process was easy and the rental lady was so nice BUT the reviews say the noise wasn’t an issue…..either the reviewers couldn’t hear at all…or they were lying. We didn’t go to sleep until 3:00am when the night club ended. The thumping was so loud it rattled the windows. If we didn’t have kids, and we were into the late night scene, it would be a great place BUT it’s not ideal for families on nights the high clubs are open. And it’s not a……

“The property had broken boards along the walkway. This was unsafe for everyone. The patio furniture had broken arm rails! The back yard pool was not in use and this was inconvenient. The couch was stained and dirty. The only positive was the place was clean in the sleeping areas with clean bed linens and plenty of towels were provided for our use. ”

“Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”
