Good location but I was disappointed in the room itself. The furniture in the suite area was stained, there was writing on the hinges of the bathroom door and there was a used washcloth on top of the shower curtain rod. The toilet ran all night and the A\C was very loud. The staff was very nice.

They are short staffed and no one was available for check in, took 20 min waiting for front desk to show up. Rooms are stinky and carpet is dirty. I finally settled for the 3 room i looked at because we were running out of time it took an hr just to check in and get a decent room. breakfast was a joke. not worth the cheap price never staying here again

Definitely nothing like the pictures, stayed for a volleyball tournament, had to go buy our own pillows. Breakfast HORRIBLE, the only thing was our night desk clerk was so nice. We definitely will not stay here again. And then did not have a hair dryer. Our room was also still dirty wasn’t cleaned. Do not RECOMMEND!!!!

As soon as I walked in the floors were sticky and dirty to include the elevator. Once I got into my first room. Everything was unplugged. AC was off, so it was super hot. The pillows still had hair on them, when we checked under the sheet more hair was found. Towel were stained and the restroom was filthy. The second room was slightly better.

The motel was actually beautiful. The room was nice. The mattresses are horrible. They’re very hard in the AC would not cool. That was our only complaint. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and the place was clean.

Room, amenities, thin paper walls so had to hear the neighbors all night. Had it booked for two nights and left after the first night. Small pillows, only gave us two towels. Asked for more of both and was told they were out. Breakfast was not good at all, selections were not good. Cleanliness of the place was lacking. Knew they were short of staff as that’s all the staff talked about. Check in took 15-20 minutes. I’ve machines broke down. Just a horrible experience and wish we never booked there and wasted our money and ended up losing money since we left early and had to pay for the second night. Bad experience

Business stay. Hotel and amenities were nice. The big disappointment was breakfast. Great variety, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and the usual. I got to breakfast at 8am and it was old overcooked, dried out, biscuits were rocks. I’d hope they would have someone monitor and freshen up the food. I had to go find somewhere to eat.

The staff was supportive, but the condition of the room was completely unacceptable and frankly alarming. We checked in and immediately found that the bed was visibly stained through the linens, the shower was covered in mold, and there was trash and what appeared to be someone’s fake fingernail under the edge of the bed. Every flat surface in the room was covered in dust, indicating the room had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Given the state of the room, we felt it was unsanitary and unsafe to stay and left immediately to book accommodations elsewhere. When we requested a refund for our three-night stay, no manager was available on site. The front desk staff stated they could not reach a manager, and even Expedia was unable to get in contact with anyone authorized to approve the refund. As of now, we have not heard from a manager and have not received a refund, despite the room being clearly uninhabitable. This experience was unacceptable and reflects a serious failure in basic cleanliness, oversight, and customer service. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here and expect prompt resolution and refund for charges incurred for a room that could not be used.
