I cleaned the blow dryer because it was nasty. I cleaned the shower because there was mold. I did strip the beds so the girls cleaning could spends more time cleaning. The staff was very nice.

Customer service was great, no issues at all. Now inside the room was a different story. The carpets are heavily stained. The bed sheets were dirty, you could literally see the brown on them and there were long and short strains of hair on the pillows and bed.

I’ve stayed here before and the first time the carpet was wet due to cleaning. This second time the air conditioner was not working properly. We had just driven from Miami and were tired so we just went to bed. The property is clean and the staff is nice.
