the rooms were clean but very dated and the bathrooms had a few areas that were in need of repairs or had ugly repairs done to them, the elevator feels a bit sketchy and moves very slow and cumbersome but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help at the drop of a hat.

The room was clean and smelled good. Everything was in working order. We had a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower, no tub. The shower curtain did not reach the floor, so the floor got splattered with water from the shower making it really dangerously slippery.

One reason we booked this hotel was to relax and exercise in the pool . It was freezing cold and hot tub was blocked off. Some of the staff was great and others quite rude. Breakfast was good. Bathroom could use a little more cleaning. Nice place just needs a few tweaks.

They couldn’t find our reservation for a room with a king. I had booked a week before, so that was odd. The front desk clerk gave us 2 queens instead and a couple of snacks. Overall it was a good stay.
