Everything was great but we did not have bath towels in room, just hand towels and wash clothes but front desk did give us full size towels when we asked. Everything else was great.

The hotel is nice, very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. A must in Lubbock. The pool is really nice. Needs some umbrellas. Bathroom is ok. Needs some updating. Front elevator makes some scary noises but works well. Convenient location and priced well. Some rooms have balconies overlooking the pool.

I'll admit, I arrived earlier than I expected to but they were so accommodating! The staff was so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were so clean! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

The only thing saving this review was the the staff were friendly. The lights in my room didn't work and there was no hot water - even after letting the shower run for 30 minutes. I would not stay here again and they should have offered me a refund of some kind for the inconvenience.
