“The overall property on the outside was clean and well maintained. The parking lot was smooth. The lobby was small but clean and smelled good. The guest room was cleaned. It needs to be updated on the carpet and bathroom. The tub and shower walls were peeling of paint and the sink was too low even for a short 5'1" person.
