“Gesamteindruck war sehr gut, aber es gab Startschwierigkeiten... bei Ankunft am Anreiestag standen wir vor verschlossenen Türen ( es war 18:00 Uhr ) obwohl Check In bis 22 Uhr möglich ist. Ohne vorheriger Bekanntgabe war der Check in nur bis 17 Uhr möglich. Nach einen Telefonat bekamen wir den Safe Code für die Zimmerkarte. Es wäre sehr nett gewesen vorab die Info zu erhalten, das der Check In nur bis 17 Uhr möglich ist bzw. eine Mail bzgl des Safe Codes um selbsz einchecken zu können.”

“The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain.
