We took a longer walk over the nearby bridge to see the beach and old fort. Breakfast was also really good, and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant with a view of the marina. "Moxy Cork is in an ideal location. The hotel staff were superb! They went above and beyond with their service. We had forgotten to bring our US adapter to attach to our charging cables and they reached into a box and loaned us an adapter (that had been left behind from previous guests.) They allowed us to put medication and cheese in a refrigerator. And several staff members gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars that featured Irish music. We will definitely stay at Moxy Cork again! "

"It is located in downtown Kinsale, so everything is within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. A small thing, but important - the body wash etc bottles in the shower are in large print for those of us with glasses. The room had a nice fragrance and was very clean and organized. It is convenient to Old Head Golf Course - my reason for staying."

Must be European thing but no wash clothes in bathroom but none of my hotels have had them.
One downside is although there is off site parking it is a difficult parking lot.
