"There is really nothing unique about the place. It's upkeep is adequate but could use a lot of renovations. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is nothing special but could use a facelift. The prices are always reasonable for what you get in appearance and I'm sure what they take in monetarily is barely enough to keep them afloat but come football weekend for Penn State football. They are completely booked which is interesting because they surely aren't convenient to State College. I will say that I'll continue to book with them during football season because the hotels in State College rip you by increasing the price at least 2.5 times the daily rate and they make you book at least 2 nights."

"The cabin was exactly what a cabin should be. So nicely done. As others mentioned, the road noise is noticeable but, it didn’t keep us from sleeping well. Close to small markets and about 15 minutes to Walmart. We had a relaxing few days. The elk that we saw were at a distance. Visitor center was very crowded. Zita was very friendly and helpful. A very nice trip"

"Great location on the lake with kayaks, and paddle boat. The dock was perfect for fishing. Property was very roomy. Our whole family enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn't the best."

"We are a group of 4 women on a long weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and beds were comfortable. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing area with lots of restaurants and places to shop if you forget something. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Meghan is easy to contact and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!!"
