"Quite a lot of light from the hotels outside lights getting into the room as the blind doesn’t fit the window. However a sleep mask sorts that out. The bed is comfortable and lovely pillows. Spotlessly clean. Good Tv with good reception same with mobile reception. Loved the bathroom and Dove toiletries are a great touch. Found the area quiet after around 10 and plenty of restaurants and cinema all within a few mins walk. For the price. I’ve not stayed in a better hotel. Happy to keep using it. "

"Really pleasant hotel, modern and very clean feeling. Ideal location in Luton right in the town centre but not on a noisy street. Walking distance from everything you need in the centre and spitting distance from the train station. Will definitely be back. "

"What let’s this down.. is not advertising more that you have to park in a carpark, not on site.. the recording on Option 4 when you ring them sounds like they’re saying WD17. 2PF, I listen to loads of times then spoke to receptionist and she told me he was WD17 2PS.. but the staff are amazing Askwin (think how spell his name, in the restaurant looks after you like you’re his best friend he can’t do enough for you. Anything you seem to want is never too much trouble. He is friendly and very polite and so helpful… Matthew in Bar and restaurant is very friendly and helpful and again can’t do enough to help you.. these two see to everyone and needs and the rest of the staff are friendly but these two seem to go the extra mile.."

"The staff were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Our dinner order was incorrect but the waitperson was very apologetic and provided a replacement with a reduction off the bill. Not his fault, and he handled well. And the food was very good "

"Lovely room, but the area is a bit iffy. As a solo woman I wouldn't have walked to a pub etc in the evening. Only thing I'd change is to have a bath rarher than shower."
