“Interesting experience. There is no on-site staff, but the building is in excellent (restored) condition. You let yourself in with the door code and then you’re on your own. The on-site restaurant is not operating, so we drove a couple miles for dinner. We made breakfast from what was on site. Thankfully there was no noise from the railroad outside. We’ll be back.”

Of course..we had a problem with unlocking the door but this is not uncommon for us. But Wendy was right there within minutes to help us out..Thank you Wendy!!We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to fish and of course Mary Hill Winery was fun to explore as well”

“The motel is nice, clean and the staff is very nice. The location is not so great since it is across the street from a truck stop. You are about 100 yards from the river but can't see it due to the truck stop. The motel is a good stop off place if you are driving.”

“What a gem! The incredible thoughtful and caring staff make this place gold. I stayed for 2.5 weeks on business. First, it's incredibly clean with no excess fragrances, very safe as they are up on a hill that dead ends to their property, and anything you need they try their best to accommodate. I really love that I could get wine and pizza for dinner so I didn’t have to go out. Live music on the patio on the weekends overlooking the Columbia was just perfect after 10-12 hour days. Honestly...
