"I have stayed here multiple times. My daughter attends the nearby college so it’s very convenient. The property is very clean and well maintained, showers are great, and the restaurants have good food. Unfortunately the employees at the front desk seem to really dislike their jobs. Every time I come in I feel like I’m bothering them to check in or ask a question. I asked if we could check out 30 minutes late, and was told I’d pay $20 if we were even 5 minutes late. The conversation wasn’t friendly, and the woman at the desk acted annoyed that I’d even asked. We did not do late check out. When I opened our room door to leave at 10:55am, there was a woman with a clip board standing outside of our room. It appeared that she was waiting for us to leave late or something. She was also quite rude. We may return for the convenience, but I’ll look elsewhere first. If Silver Reef wants customers to come and spend their money there, they should teach their staff about hospitality and customer service."

"The restaurant inside the hotel even though privately owned had excellent food! We loved it. the hotel was very nice too."

"Just stayed one night. Good value for the price. I use ear plugs so the noisy air conditioner and proximity to I5 hwy noise was not an issue for sleeping. Bed was comfortable. You might bring your own pillow if that is crucial. It’s a great place to sleep a couple nights for a very good price."

"Seems to be recently renovated or new. Very clean and well-maintained. Super-nice overall and would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the Bellingham area! Hot breakfast (included) was actually very nice too!"

"Issues with on-site dining. Insufficient staff to operate breakfast and dinner service effectively. Room was clean but view was a large mechanical unit mounted on the 1st floor roof right outside the window. Guess someone has to get this view, this time was my time."
