"The cabin was amazing; very clean with everything we needed for our brief stay. A great re-model by the owners. Close to the Sipsey Wilderness/Bankhead National Forest where we enjoyed hiking. We fished off the dock at the cabin and enjoyed the beautiful view of Smith Lake, one of our favorite places to be. Near Chef Troy's Talk of the Town restaurant, very good food and service. Just a suggestion for the owners-you may want to mention the driveway being very steep and rutted. We were in a 4x4 pickup and had no trouble at all, but anyone using a smaller car may bottom out in some spots. Just a heads-up would be worth mentioning. Overall, a fantastic stay! We will certainly be back. Thank you to the owners, great little cabin!"

"It worked well for our group of 8 family members coming from 3 different directions. Enough beds to accommodate at least 10-12. The deck was great! Spent a lot of time out there."
