Room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. The ease of the PIN code for the door and the text updates were helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

I was arriving later than expected on a cold night. I called ahead to see if they would turn on the heater in my cabin. They did. :)

Everything was clean and simple. It’s not like a regular hotel motel. There’s not a coffee pot in the room. I think you could buy one or rent one. There is no breakfast in the mornings they do have coffee in the lobby. For just a spot to sleep it’s perfect.

Clean, renovated, comfortable. uWave, refrig., large flatscreen Tv. Two queen beds, love seat, table and chairs, small desk. What else could you want?

We needed a place to stay for the night where we could park our truck and RV safely while getting a good night’s rest and a meal. This place checked all of the boxes for us, including accommodations for the smoker so he didn’t have to keep meandering through the halls to get outside to smoke. So rare these days to find a hotel that still has any dedicated smoking rooms! Desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in and we found our room easily with her specific instructions. Super nice staff. Room was large and clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Vending machine or for sale in office for water would be nice. Overall a pleasant and comfortable overnight stay.

Some stuff like breakfast wasn't very good and they run out so fast of food and dishes and stuff my tv never work but overall was fine all clean an cozy..friendly staff.

There are restaurant option around the area. The staff are very helpful and did above and beyond while we were there. We had a good stay. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi.

The Bbq’s and Black Stone are a nice touch. Our family cooks outside for all meals. The picnic tables under the big shady tree is so pleasant

Pleasant staff. Free use of snow shoes and sleds. Cute cozy cabin albeit it became too warm and the heating was centralized so I had to crack open a window to feel comfortable in bed. Great access to beach which had a ton of snow when we were there.

Front desk lady was really friendly. Room was really dated with bad paint and the shower was damaged and had a high pitched squeaking when showering. Pillows were really hard, not good for people with neck issues. Other than it being really dated and not in the best condition it was clean in the room. The dog waste area had waste overflowing which was pretty gross but I was only charged an extra $20 to have my dog so I was happy about that. Overall for one night it wasn’t bad. I feel like...

Staff was very helpful and hospitable. The hotel was very clean and I felt safe traveling as a single woman.

PET FRIENDLY!!!! Due to our cat being recently diagnosed with diabetes, we have to take her everywhere we go now and discovered The Sugarloaf is actually pet friendly. It was our first time staying here however we felt like we have known them for years. The owners were so welcoming and caring and we got to meet the team member that has been there the longest not to mention the cutest, a kitty named Smokey and she was absolutely amazing.
