"Gym is in a sketchy basement, Laundry room was ok, card reader didn't work had to go to the basement to get coins. Considering we were there for the Kona storm the property and rooms were great. The beautiful sliding door that I loved so much the first day became a leaky whistling mess once the storm came in. Still I'd come back again."

"The staff were all super!! They were friendly and helpful during the super crazy Kona storm which made several areas of the hotel wet and prevented some staff from even making it to work, but we were able to spend time enjoying the view from inside and being outside when it wasn't raining. You can hang out in the lobby after check-out and the shuttle drivers are friendly, too. "

"This starves absolutely awful. There was water dripping from the roof and coming in through the bottom of our door. The property was not prepared for the storm. The hotel was able to love us rooms. This room was terrible the carpet was wet the door wouldn’t even close it was so warped from water. The humidity increased and the rain stopped the room started to smell horribly. I could not wait to check out. I would not recommend staying here ever. We were also charged $40 a day for amenities that did not exist. "

"It was a nice property. Parking is not free like they state. Our second day staying there a some lady that worked there called us saying our credit card for declined and our room keys wouldn't work when we got back. I knew we had the funds and when I went to the front desk to have them run the card again they said it was a mistake and it was someone else. This was frustrating because we were on another island worried about this and didn't fully enjoy our day until it was resolved."

"This is our third time staying in Sheraton in Kaanapali. Unfortunately, despite the premium location, the resort is getting older and older and in desperate need of renovation. Seems that lobby was recently renovated, but rooms need help. Our ocean view room had crack in the sink, no vent in the bathroom and multiple layers of pain that was chipping. It probably would not matter that much if weather would be better during our stay, because due to the tropical storm we were forced to spend a lot of time inside and definitely noticed all things that need to be repaired. I am not even going to describe the state of the gym... Great location, extremely outdated rooms."

"The rooms were nice, clean and plenty big. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond amidst the Kona storm. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Pools were nice. Right on a good section of beach. Free valet services, but the valets were hard to find at the desk and a little slow. It also does seems a little odd that they’re still not cleaning rooms as if we are still worried about Covid. Not even an offer to clean the room or replace towels, soap, toilet paper, etc in the week we were there. Also, a little odd that you keep the “spa” in your name when it is shut down and not opening again."
