Mal servicio al cliente, hice late check in y el estacionamiento es un poco complicado de entender ya que tienes que estacionarte hasta la planta de arriba y acceder por las puertas de ese nivel, no por el ascensor. Tuve problemas con el drenaje y no me pude bañar, me cambiaron a otra habitación “sin costo extra” (no esperaba menos dado que su habitación no funcionaba) y a pesar de ello no tuvieron buen servicio para ofrecer alguna amenidad dada la circunstancia

The room had cockroaches live present in the bathroom and there was hair and dirt in the sheets on the bed. The owner assured us she was going to issue a refund and apologized for the condition of the room. After 2 weeks and several text strings I find myself writing this review and wishing I had checked the Google reviews as well before having to escalate the dispute to my credit card company. Seems there are several such stories to be found when one starts searching
