Everything seemed to be fine. We didn't know from the listing that there wasn't a hot tub. The place was average, looks a little lower down, but the area was a little bit. Tougher than we thought

Was charged based on this reservation being a pre-paid, non-refundable reservation however the hotel charged me directly as well. Have called twice to receive credit and have not yet received nor have I received a receipt of the refund and/or substantiation of the charges. The check-in person even confirmed they showed the room as already having been pre-paid so all this extra work on my part is RIDICULOUS. Stay away from this hotel unless you like spending hours on the phone trying to get money back they stole from you.

The property was clean and satisfactory. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t clean the rooms each day unless requested. We had to ask twice to get it done, and it was not done timely.
