Everything was wonderful. The bed, shower, and amenities were great but the staff are the real treasures of the hotel. They helped us throughout our trip. When we lost a set of headphones they were found and returned by staff. They even took care of our belongings after we had checked out two days later because of the mishap. Amazing hotel I recommend it to anyone going to Madrid. The location is perfect.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife for a concert. Hotel was very nice! Very centrally located and close to metro lines and most places were walkable too! Great location with plenty food options, restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Rooms were very clean and great that the air conditioning was working as there was a heatwave while we were there. Very clean bathrooms and towels were replaced promptly when requested. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Seating was regularly cleaned by the staff and made available for others. Staff were always very helpful and were accommodating for us by arriving early by allowing us to store our bags there until check in time! Great experience and would consider staying here again!

Generally very good hotel. Vibrant and aesthetically well presented with the black and deep red decors including the room telephone and wall paintings. If you want to stay near the Atocha railway station, then this is your hotel. Be aware that there is building works next to the hotel so you will hear drilling by 0800 which they have not warned us. You cannot use the terrace of your room, for you get debris from building next door.
