I had a really great time here. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower here was spectacular. We stayed in the summer and AC was provided perfectly throughout our stay. Since this was on Grand Via, I was very surprised how quiet it was in our room, we slept perfectly with hardly any disruption from outside noise. Both restaurants are convenient and affordable. The security is very strict and do not tolerate any disrespect to hotel guests. Staff is very nice and helpful, especially to non Spanish speakers. They speak English here and will help you with whatever it is you need. They also give great recommendations if you are new to the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Great property on the heart of Madrid Centro, walk out and you are at Gran Via, main shopping district, walkable to main Madrid areas. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice balcony! Would stay here again.

This hotel was Center city walkable in any directions to all attractions in sightsee museums, great shopping down the street and right under our hotel I would highly recommend it to anybody, my family is about to travel, and I am recommending them to stay here. The staff is extremely helpful and tend to all your needs Very clean Central Great atmosphere at top restaurant/ bar with beautiful view views of the city

We reserved 2 rooms and my teenage daughters’ room had a frosted window in the shower that faced out into the hallway and open area. You could see them showering. The frost was not opaque enough. Their privacy was abused and who knows who saw them showering. We didn’t realize this was an issue until the 3rd day there when I walked by and saw my youngest showering. I was appalled this happened.

We had a fabulous stay! The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid. The rooftop bar is cool, but we actually preferred sitting on the balcony from the main restaurant on the 7th floor. Would definitely stay here again!
