“The location for our needs was perfect. And the fact we were able to bring our pups with us was everything. Very nice cozy little apartment. Perfect for my wife and I and our two little dogs. The only thing that wasn’t great was the area for the dogs to use the bathroom. But it worked and there was a nice dog park on it a few blocks south on 300. So it’s definitely not worth losing a star over. The communications with the manager was very efficient and helpful. ”

“Clean,Walkable to transportation or Salt Palace.Trim fell off of central kitchen island, there is a crack in the fiber glass tub/shower enclosure.Close to nice sushi restaurant.”

“The place was great for our weeklong stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pot & pans, and a large compliment of both coffee and spices.The beds were comfy, access throughout the space was open and easy, and it felt like a nice secure location.There are lots of independent eateries, along with indy coffee shops and Liberty Park just two blocks away, a super place to relax, take in the Tracy Aviary, and enjoy the mini-carnival in the center of the park.”

“This was the perfect cozy little getaway for my wife and I to come to the first two nights after our wedding before we left for PR. The room was cozy, the bed was gloriously comfortable, and the tv size made it feel like a mini theatre when we watched our shows (you can pull the tv an extra foot close to the bed btw).The washer and dryer were a plus since we were able to leave the country with clean clothes, the bathroom was nice, the kitchen and living room were lovely. The balcony was nice...

“The entrance is a bit hidden and we were in the bottom room so had to go through the laundry room, but once in the room it was perfect. nicely decorated, clean and simply stocked with the basics. The bed was very comfortable as was the pull out couch. Having tvs in both rooms was great as well. It was a nice place and good value for the money. Lastly, good location with access to downtown, quick drive to college and stores and gas nearby. ”
