"Beach view was amazing! Location was superb! Parking was difficult as there is no designated parking, it’s first come first served. The only negative we have about our stay is the water pressure and temperature in the shower. It was very poor pressure and we did not turn the hot tap on for showers and was still not very hot"

"Room was clean, well presented, bed comfortable. The shower water was very hard to get to temperature and slow to come through. Breakfast was good however bacon was over cooked and dry. For price of breakfast coffee (even though not nice) should've been included. Plenty of nice coffee places nearby. "

"Property is very old and dated but clean. Family room would benefit from the addition of electric frying pan/benchtop cooker and a larger fridge. Proximity to staff entry for restaurant made our room quite noisy late at night. Location was great. Right across from lagoon and beach & The Strand restaurants within an easy walk. Staff were super friendly and helpful."

"Beautiful big room, renovations happening atm, so a bit chaotic, it will be nice once it's all done and all the kinks worked out, here are a few things that should be noted atm but will probably be rectified over time. No parking available, had to try to get street parking, which is paid parking through weekdays. No hot water in the shower. Renovations happening atm and the paint and glue smell in the foyer and hallways was strong. Renovated room was nice but the floor still felt dusty and had sand grit. The safe locked me out, no big deal, just had to get reception to come up with the key. The aircon dripped constantly behind the bed head."
