"The location is very convenient, it is right there as you get off the ferry. It is also handy to the bus and to the supermarket, cafes and restaurants in Nelly Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice enough. The room wasn't cleaned/serviced at all while we were there, ..."

"No extra bedding and only a sheet on the bed to sleep under, tv remote didn't work properly. Bathroom floor was very slippery, minimal crockery, Bed was very comfy. Access to what we needed was great. No screens door so unable to leave door open.Overall felt a little dated."
