“When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. It was clean, but just felt a bit bare and tired - my partner likened it to staying at your nans house! However, we started relaxing into the place after the first day. “We stayed at the Grupotel Tamariscos for 5 days in mid June. We had a lovely relaxing beach break. The views from the rooms over the sea and cove are stunning. Large, clean rooms with good housekeeping service and lift to all floors. Air con, small kitchenette, big sofa and large balcony. Both pools are lovely and never an issue getting a sunbed any time of the day. Breakfast was good but not great, and there’s a limited snack bar from 11am. “Seth 55 is an excellent hotel. All staff go above and beyond to be courteous, polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an elevated position but not too far to walk to the beach and crystal blue sea. We did not use the spa but the whole hotel is spotlessly clean, the food in the restaurant is varied daily and of excellent quality. The entertainment every evening was excellent too.
